Colour television started in Australia on the 1st of March 1975 at midnight.

During the late 1960's AR magazine did not include divisional notes as part of the magazine. This I think was to save printing costs. Instead each division prepared and printed their own for inclusion in the magazine. The quality was poor by comparison. As the inserts were loose, it was easy for them to become separated from the main magazine. I have few in my collection and have included the one below to show the historical change.
